How Ballpark Stabilized Taproom Revenues and Mobilized 600+ Patrons Across Brewery Residencies
Impact Metrics → $23K+ Local Economic Yield | 125 Working Artists Compensated
CHALLENGE
Craft breweries and hospitality venues across Long Island are facing unprecedented economic challenges, with widespread taproom closures and steep revenue volatility during off-peak hours. Meanwhile, musicians performing original material face a severe shortage of welcoming, accessible venues to perform — leaving local music fans without dedicated community spaces and taprooms struggling with low baseline foot traffic.
SOLUTION
Ballpark engineered a 10-month live music residency series at Lithology Brewing Company, spanning April 2025 through January 2026 and culminating in a sold-out farewell show for the brewery. Building on this model, Ballpark executed high-density, multi-band venue activations across local taprooms, including a single-night rescue show at South Shore Brewery. By integrating neighborhood regulars with ticket-buying music fans, Ballpark kept patrons inside establishments longer, dramatically boosting food and beverage sales.
